Our different perspectives and years of experience give each concept a solid strategic foundation, while our extended network of trusted collaborators lets us scale fluidly and execute on any ambition without losing focus or authenticity.

Arthur Manduapessy

Creative Director

The values of community and culture have been ingrained in Arthur’s DNA from early on. Whether on the football pitch or in nightlife, witnessing people connect over shared passions became the foundation for his later pursuits. After years as a freelance art director working across global cities such as New York, Shanghai, Paris, and Dubai, Arthur co-founded GOWTU in 2016 as creative director.

Randy Soewarno

Strategy- and Account Director

Randy’s career is rooted in a deep connection to culture, shaped by years of involvement in music and sports. With over 15 years of experience in communication and brand strategy at brands like Reebok, Converse, and Sonos, she has developed a nuanced sense for bridging creative culture and strategy. At GOWTU, she uses strategy as the foundation for helping brands navigate culture with intention and authenticity.

Masta Lee

Art Director

Lee is a self-taught creative whose first-hand experience and expertise spans a number of cultural fields, including skateboarding, music, fashion, design and photography. As a DJ he has played in over 50 countries around the world. He is one of the original team members of Amsterdam-based streetwear brand Patta, where he worked as Head of Design and Media Director for over a decade, before joining GOWTU as a creative.
